Coin界网消息，港股上市公司博雷顿发布公告宣布，于 2025 年 8 月 20 日本公司与金洲控股有限公司及捷利交易宝及其子公司 TradaeGo Markets Limited 共同签署了一项《战略合作协议》。各方将共同推动(1)gerçek dünya varlıkları(RWA)tokenizasyon—将本公司新能源工程机械运营收益权、海外矿山光储绿色碳减排资产等打包形成可分割、可审计的链上金融产品；(2)Uyumlu Web 3 ödeme sistemi—在本公司业务生态内接入稳定币支付及交易体系；及(3)在香港监管框架下的数字资产发行与流通—由 GCH 持牌之子公司协助完成tokenize varlıkların uyumlu发行，并由 TradeGo 之持牌子公司担任承销人负责市场分销与abonelik。
